In the first quarter of 2023, the top 5 investing and financial management apps on the Android platform in Brazil showed varied performance trends in terms of downloads and active users. Here is a closer look at each app's performance:

Pix Trade saw its weekly downloads peak at around 267K in the first week of January but experienced a gradual decline, ending the quarter at approximately 46.9K. The app's active users followed a similar trend, starting at 351K in early January and decreasing to about 115K by the end of March.

IQ Option – Trading Platform had a strong start with weekly downloads reaching 95.5K in the first week of January. However, these numbers steadily declined, with the app recording around 17.9K downloads in the last week of March. Active users also decreased from 814K to 487K over the same period.

NU Trade began the year with 119K downloads but saw fluctuations throughout the quarter, finishing with approximately 32.1K downloads. The app's active users exhibited a more stable trend, starting at 712K and ending the quarter at 644K.

Inter Trade experienced a peak in downloads at 84.2K in early January, followed by a decline to about 25K by the end of March. The active user count decreased from 241K at the beginning of the quarter to around 173K in the final week.

BTG Pactual Investimentos observed a significant spike in downloads mid-quarter, reaching 71.4K in the week of January 23. By the end of March, downloads had settled at approximately 29.3K. The app's active users showed a peak of 860K in early March but declined to 655K by the end of the quarter.
